At La Rencontre, the Chef selects the finest seasonal ingredients to create his “à l’ardoise” menu — a weekly selection of dishes written on the blackboard and crafted with care.

Among the seasonal creations you may enjoy :

asparagus velouté, smoked pork tenderloin, smoked scallops, braised beef cheek, game stew, sweetbreads flambéed in Armagnac, cheese platter, homemade tarts and pastries, traditional desserts, "Mamie's" baked custard...

From the Chef's garden

Many of the vegetables on your plate are grown by the Chef himself! 

In addition to working with local producers (wines, vegetables, etc.), Grégoire prepares dishes using harvests from his personal garden
