Personal data
Definitions :
The Publisher: The natural or legal person who publishes the
online public communication services.
The Site: All the sites, web pages and online services offered by the Publisher.
TheUser: The person using the Site and services.
1- Type of data collected
In the course of using the Sites, the Publisher may collect the following categories of data
concerning its Users:
Data concerning marital status, identity, identification, etc.

Consultation of the Site does not require prior registration or identification. This means that you can visit

6- Collection of identification data

Some of your device's technical data is collected automatically by the

of this data is necessary for the provision of services.
Collection of technical data for advertising, commercial and
statistical purposes
The technical data of your device is automatically collected and recorded
by the Site, for advertising, commercial and statistical purposes. Thanks to this information we
can personalize and continually improve your experience on our Site. However, we do not collect or store any personal data (surname, first name, address, etc.)
that may be linked to technical data. The data collected may

8- Cookies
Cookie retention period
In accordance with CNIL recommendations, the maximum retention period for

In the event of a breach of one or more provisions of the TOS or any other document
incorporated herein by reference, the Publisher reserves the right to terminate or restrict
without prior notice and at its sole discretion, your use of and access to the services,
your account and all Sites.
12- Indications in the event of a security vulnerability detected by the Editor
Informing the User in the event of a security breach
We undertake to implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures
in order to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risks of accidental, unauthorized or illegal access
, disclosure, alteration, loss or
destruction of your personal data. That said, in the event that we become aware of unlawful access to your personal data stored on our servers or those of our service providers, or of unauthorized access resulting in the
realization of the risks identified above, we undertake to:
Notify you of the incident as soon as possible;
Examine the causes of the incident and inform you of them;
Take the necessary measures within reasonable limits to mitigate the negative effects
and harm that may result from the said incident.
Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances may the undertakings set out in the point above concerning notification in the event of a security breach
be assimilated to any admission of fault or
responsibility for the occurrence of the incident in question.
13- Transfer of personal data abroad
No transfers outside the European Union
The Editor undertakes not to transfer the personal data of its Users outside
the European Union.
Indeed, the Editor transfers the personal data of its Users to countries recognized
as offering an equivalent level of protection.
Also, the Editor transfers the personal data of its Users outside the countries
recognized by the CNIL as offering an adequate level of protection: The Publisher has obtained
authorization from the CNIL to proceed with this transfer.

14- Modification of the Terms of Use and the policy
In the event of modification of the present GTU, undertaking not to lower the level of
confidentiality in a substantial manner without the prior information of the persons
concerned
We undertake to inform you in the event of substantial modification of the present GTU,
and not to lower the level of confidentiality of your data in a substantial manner without
informing you and obtaining your consent.
15- Applicable law and remedies
Application of French law (CNIL legislation) and jurisdiction of the courts
These GCU and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of France, and in particular with Law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files
and liberties. Thus, the choice of the applicable law does not affect your rights as a
consumer in accordance with the applicable law of your place of residence. If you are a
consumer, you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of
French courts, which means that you can bring an action relating to these
CGU in France or in the EU country in which you live. Also, if you are a professional,
all actions against us must be brought before a court in France.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. However, should these attempts fail, all disputes concerning the validity, interpretation and/or execution of the present GCU must be brought before the French courts, even in the event of multiple defendants or an appeal under
guarantee.
16- Data portability
Data portability
The Publisher undertakes to offer you the possibility of having all your
data returned to you on request. In this way, the User is guaranteed better
control of his or her data, and retains the possibility of reusing it. This data must be
supplied in an open and easily reusable format.
